Today we’re talking about something fun – what to do AFTER you build your online course. I’m not going to be trying to give you some kind of one-size-fits-all guidance. I’ll tell you about what I have been doing myself to give you a sense of different parts of your business and what happens once you have things created.

My course is called BADA$$ Email Marketing, and the idea first came to me about a year ago. Initially, some of my mentors talked me out of it. The idea kept coming back to me because I had the belief that this amazing program was inside of me. My team and I decided somewhat on a whim earlier this year to do a beta launch, so I’ll tell you how and why I did this.

Creating my course has become the anchor that helps me set everything up in my business. It gave clarity to the path I want customers to take. Additionally, you get much more bang for your buck as a marketer with a course.

At this point, we’re preparing to market my course again, starting with collecting testimonials. I also want to step back and think about how I will put all of my offerings together in the most coherent way.

As my team and I continue to tweak the course, we’ll suddenly have a product that will continue to move my whole business forward. It allows me to funnel people in, help them with something they know they need assistance with, and then bring them into my world.
